In addition, the late Ronen and Eli also held equal shares in the company "Renaissance Import and Marketing of Construction Products Ltd." (defendant 5, hereinafter: Renaissance, a company engaged in the import and sale of marble, sanitary ware and construction products). The other companies are not at the center of the lawsuit before me.
- It should also be noted that during the month of September 2015, an agreement was signed between the late Eli, Yoram, Ronen and the brothers Ohev Zion regarding the loans made by the shareholders to Ohev Zion Investments until December 31,2014 (see No. 180-183 of the plaintiffs' exhibits, hereinafter: the loan agreement). The loan agreement referred, inter alia, to the sums made by each of the brothers, the interest rate, the date and manner of repayment. Clause 9 of the loan agreement stipulated as follows: "The repayment amounts of the aforementioned owners' loans, as will be repaid from time to time and from time to time by the company to Yoram Ronen and Eli, will be paid in accordance with the ratio between the amounts of Yoram's owners' loan fund and the amounts of Eli's owners' loan fund and the amounts of Ronen's owners' loan fund." In the loan agreement, it was noted that the owner's loan to Yoram is in the sum of ILS 1,406,666 (principal); The owner's loan due to Eli is in the sum of ILS 3,615,616; the owner's loan available to Yoram is in the sum of ILS 116,660.
