Partner of the Corporate area, having developed his practice focused on Corporate/Consumer/Mergers and Acquisitions Law. He advises local and foreign clients with vast experience in the field of Consumer Rights Protection in which he has advised important private sector companies and also the Government of Chile.
He also advises families and business groups in the corporate organization of their businesses, participating in their boards of directors and in the succession structuring of their assets.
