Biography
Ronit Amir-Yaniv is a senior partner at Afik & Co. She is a senior and experienced attorney, with over 30 years of experience in Israel’s leading law firms, Caspi & Co. and Yigal Arnon. She brings with her exceptional expertise in a variety of legal and economic fields, and has held influential key positions.
Adv. Amir-Yaniv, who previously served as the Head of the International Real Estate Department at the Yigal Arnon law firm, is considered a prominent expert in advising entrepreneurs and marketers both in Israel and abroad. She has guided dozens of complex projects across numerous countries, including Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Germany, Portugal, England, and the USA.
Alongside this, she possesses long-standing expertise in the field of competition and antitrust law, and even previously served as Co-Chair of the Antitrust Committee of the Bar Association. Furthermore, she served for years as the Chair of the Legal Committee of the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) in Israel.
Adv. Amir-Yaniv has established her position as the leading authority in Israel in the field of sports law and sports technologies (Sport-Tech). She serves as the Chair of the Sports Law Committee of the Bar Association, and previously served for six years as the Chief Legal Counsel of the Basketball Association. Within this framework, she represents associations, teams, athletes, and entrepreneurs in the field.
In addition, she provides comprehensive legal and commercial counsel to Israeli and international corporations, high-tech companies, and startups, with a special expertise in the Food-Tech, Agri-Tech, and Prop-Tech (real estate technologies) sectors.
