Ronit Amir-Yaniv is a Senior Partner at Afik & Co. Law Firm. She is a highly experienced and senior lawyer, with over 30 years of experience at leading Israeli law firms, including Caspi & Co. Law Firm and Yigal Arnon & Co. She brings exceptional expertise across a range of legal and economic fields and has held influential key positions.
Ronit is a leading expert in the field of International Real Estate, having served as Head of the International Real Estate Department at Yigal Arnon & Co. She has many years of experience representing developers and marketers in Israel and abroad, including dozens of projects in Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Germany, Portugal, England, the USA, and other countries.
Ronit has extensive experience in the field of Antitrust and Competition Law and previously served as the Co-Chair of the Antitrust Committee of the Israel Bar Association.
Ronit provides comprehensive legal counsel to Israeli and foreign corporations and start-up companies, with significant experience in the fields of Food-Tech, Agri-Tech, Real-Tech, and Sports-Tech.
Ronit is an expert in Israeli Sports Law, including the representation of sports associations and teams, and Sports-Tech entrepreneurs. She also served as Chief Legal Counsel for the Israeli Basketball Association for six years and is the Chair of the Sports Law Committee of the Israel Bar Association.
