An article posted on the Local website. The lawsuit was filed by attorneys Rina Lapidot and Shlomi Turgman with assitance of Yair Aloni of our firm. While applications for dismissal on dismissal orders are usually postponed, at a hearing held yesterday at our firm's request for a temporary injunction preventing the dismissal, a close date for the issue has been set, even within the pre-dismissal period and despite court delays.
