ביום 11.7.2013 נחתם הסכם קיבוצי כללי בין ארגון חברות הניקיון לבין הסתדרות העובדים הכללית החדשה. הוראותיו של הסכם קיבוצי זה הורחבו ביום 5.2.2014 על כלל המעבידים המספקים שירותי ניקיון ו/או תחזוקה ועל עובדים המועסקים על ידי חברות אלה בעבודת ניקיון ו/או תחזוקה. יש לשים לב, כי בהתאם לצו ההרחבה, החל מיום 1.7.2015 הפרשות מעסיק לתגמולים יהיו 7.5% (חלק עובד 7%) ו-8.33% לפיצויי פיטורים.
