Registration procedures for new companies as of January 2011

On December 23, 2010, the Companies Authority published a special update for the New Year, which sets forth fast registration tracks for companies. As part of the reform, it is now possible to quickly register a company to the extent that the threshold requirements are met.
In light of the above, preparations must be made in advance with appropriate forms and details, and without proper preparation, registration of the company may be rejected.
