For the eighth damage - (bank fees) in the sum of ILS 20,013, together with linkage differences and interest from the date of filing the claim until the actual payment.
- The claim against the defendant is dismissed.
- Defendant 2 will pay the plaintiff legal expenses in the sum of ILS 180,000.
- The guarantee that the plaintiff deposited to secure the defendants' expenses, with its fruits, will be restored to her hands through her attorney.
