Therefore, and in light of all of the above, I state as follows:
The request to cancel an inheritance order is rejected
The application for a probate order is rejected and the objection to it is accepted.
The inheritance order of November 26, 2022 will remain in place
The plaintiff will bear the expenses of the opponents in the amount of ILS 40,000 plus VAT
The Secretariat will close the 3 pending Zoning Ordinances
According to the result I have reached, the parties will notify within 21 days whether and how they wish to proceed with the proceeding of FC 61361-05-19
