In addition, I would like to propose that the defendants be convicted of the additional offenses attributed to them in the indictment, which they did not deny,

That is, offenses of arson under  section 448 of the law, carrying a weapon under  section 144 (b) of the law, and obstruction  of justice under section 244 of the law.

Gilat Shalev, Judge

Judge Yael Raz Levy - Presiding Judge:

I have carefully read the clear, comprehensive, in-depth and well-reasoned opinion of my colleague, the Honorable Justice Shalev, and I agree with everything stated therein.

The examination of the evidence and the analysis of the defendants' statements, together with the rest of the corroborating evidence as detailed by it in the judgment, leaves the reader astonished at the vague and contempt with which the cruel act of murder of the deceased was committed by the defendants; There was no doubt that the defendants were guilty of the deceased's murder premeditatedly, after prior planning, and with chilling composure.

Yael Raz-Levy, Judge

Judge Aharon Mishnayot:

I agree with the comprehensive and thorough opinion of my colleague, the Honorable Justice Shalev, and I concur with the comment of my colleague, the Honorable Justice Raz-Levy.

Aharon Mishnayot, Judge

Therefore, it was decided, as stated in the opinion of Judge Gilat Shalev,  to convict the defendants of the offense of premeditated murder under  section 300(a)(2) of the Penal Law, 5737-1977, as drafted prior to Amendment 137 to the Law; of the offense of arson under  section 448 of the Law; of the offense of carrying a weapon under  section 144(b) of the Law; and of the offense of obstruction  of justice under section 244 of the Law.

Granted today, February 15, 2021, in the presence of the parties.

Yael Raz-Levy, Judge   Gilat Shalev, Judge   Aharon Mishnayot, Judge
