Researcher No. 1, Gil Alon: Now you're sailing
Interrogee, Dennis Daniel Mukin: I don't know what he could have done
Researcher No. 1, Gil Alon: You're sailing
Interrogee, Dennis Daniel Mukin: What does he have to look for in Gan Ner? What does he have to look for in Gan Ner?
Investigator No. 1, Gil Alon: You... You didn't sail. You flew
Interrogee, Dennis Daniel Mukin: What does he have to look for in Gan Ner? Shopping, health funds?
Researcher No. 1, Gil Alon: We'll talk soon, we'll talk soon.
Interrogee, Dennis Daniel Mukin: Grandma? Aunt? What does he have in Gan Ner? That he is 100 meters from the entrance to the settlement, what does he have? Except. I don't know what. That's what it says."
In other words, the defendant raises the theory that the deceased is a terrorist, but due to the fact that he drove on the access road to the settlement of Gan Ner, since, prima facie, according to the defendant, the deceased has no reason to drive on this road. It should be clarified that the words were not said in the context of the description of the incident, but rather in the defendant's retrospective writing.
- Moreover. The defendant further gave a description which, according to logic and common sense, reconciles with a fight between drivers on the road and not with a citizen who believes that he has been involved in a terror incident. Thus, on page 9 of P/6B, paras. 31 onwards:
"Investigator No. 1, Gil Alon: I'm trying to understand, you're three hundred meters from the gate of the settlement, you say he stopped and then you stopped
Interrogator, Dennis Daniel Mukin: I stopped next to him, yes.
Investigator No. 1, Gil Alon: Why didn't you go?
Interrogee, Dennis Daniel Mukin: I opened the window, I asked what do you want? What's the problem? Because his driving was suspicious, uh. The zigzags and this one as if he blocked me a little bit and this and that, and as soon as he stopped to the side, I was interested in knowing who who's who, maybe it's just a friend I know, and he was just playing with me to say hello I don't know
