The indictments
The defendant orderedwages under the authority of the Registrar of a Superior Financial File , according to his confession, for the offenses attributed to him in two amended indictments that were attached together, as follows:
Criminal Case 24090-05-25 (hereinafter: the "Main Case")
In accordance with the general part of the amended indictment arbitration claims, on July 14, 2024, in the framework of C.M. 12471-07-24 before the Honorable Judge Itay Naaman, the defendant was detained under electronic supervision until the end of the legal proceedings against him under the following conditions (hereinafter: the "Restrictive Conditions"): Full and complete house arrest at 82 Nahalat Binyamin Street, Tel Aviv, under the supervision of three supervisors, prohibition on contacting those involved in the case, appearing for hearings under supervision, supervision and other laws, and an injunction/injunction (permanent) made/injunction/injunction (permanent), prohibition (permanent), prohibition on leaving the country.
On October 15, 2024, the "Ventilation Windows" were opened under the supervision and supervision of Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 17:00 to 20:00. On December 4, 2024, the ventilation windows were expanded to 15:00-18:00 daily under supervision and supervision. On November 25, 2024, the address of the house arrest was changed to 43 Pinsker Street, Apartment 32, Entrance A in the city of Rishon LeZion. On February 20, 2025, the address of the house arrest was changed to 35 Ezra Street in the city of Rishon LeZion.
In accordance with the facts of the amended indictment arbitration claims, on November 28, 2024, between 16:00-17:00, the defendant was at the place of supervision when he issued an injunction/injunction (permanent) do/injunction (permanent) and other (permanent) injunctions, without the accompaniment of any of the supervisors, and theconsolidation of claims in violation of the restrictive conditions. On 09.04.2025 at 20:08, the defendant returned to the place of supervision after going out to the "ventilation window" that ended at 20:00, in violation of the restrictive conditions. On 08.05.2025 at approximately 14:45, a (permanent) injunction/injunction (permanent) made/injunction (permanent) preventing the defendant from a "ventilation window" from the place of supervision alone without any of the supervisors, in violation of the restrictive conditions.
