I have also reviewed other case law that  teaches the monetary case of the Supreme  Court, the punitive policy used in the offenses of receiving a stolen vehicle, the driver's license expired from a financial-supreme case for two years, and driving a vehicle without insurance, similar to the circumstances in which the Appeals Committee raised the first charge in the attached file, as follows:

Criminal Appeal (Jerusalem District) 17006-05-14 Kharbatil v. State of Israel (February 16, 2015) - National Insurance  Institute's appeal of the defendant, who registereda wage earner under the authority of a registrar in the offenses of receiving a stolen vehicle and driving without insurance.  The District Court established a penalty range ranging from a monthly gag  tax to serving community service to 18 months in prison in a financial-Supreme  case instead of the punishment range set by the Magistrate's Court, which ranged from 8 months to 3 years.  The District Court reduced the defendant's sentence and sentenced him to 6 months in prison with community service, instead of a 10-month prison sentence in the case of a Supreme Court financial  case that was imposed on him in the Magistrate's Court.
