Conclusion
- Therefore, in view of the above detailed in detail, I oblige the defendants, jointly and severally, to pay the plaintiff the balance of the monthly consideration that was not paid to him - for the month of March 2020 the sum of ILS 4,760 plus ILS interest from April 10, 2020 until the date of actual payment, for the month of April 2020 the sum of ILS 9,350 plus ILS interest from May 10, 2020 until the date of actual payment, and for the month of December 2020 the sum of ILS 14,000 together with ILS interest from January 10, 2021 until the date of actual payment.
The amounts will be paid within 30 days of the judgment.
- Since I have found it appropriate to reject the other claims of the plaintiff, which constituted the core of the claim, I determine that each party will bear its own expenses for conducting the proceeding.
