  1. It was presented to Dr. Livki that "... Report, opinions, are not based on research you did yourself", and "...That the opinion or the survey or what you submitted to the court is not based and is not based on an experience, on, on research, that you carried out yourself."

Her answer:

The witness, Dr. S.  Libiki:  So I directed this work and I did much of it myself.  ButOh, I was the one who did the work and I did a lot of the work myself, but I did not do some of the data downloading, I did not do some of the data analysis, but it’s all done under my direction, and So I didn't do a part, I didn't download some of the data, and I didn't analyze some of the data, but everything was done under my management.

:A          MY direction.  Good.  I reviewed everythingI've been through it all. and it is my opinion And this is my opinion.

The witness, Dr. S.  Libiki:   In English we say Hoke.

Interpreter:     OCH.

The witness, Dr. S.  Libiki:   But in German in would be Hoch.  Hook in English, Hoch in German.  Gwen, first name.  Who has a master's in Chemical Engineering.  He has a master's degree in chemical engineering.  My primary assistant for the 2nd report My main assistant in the second report is Tim Sturz.  His name is Tim Stratz.  Very good, who has a Ph.D.  in environmental engineering? He also has a PhD in environmental engineering, environmental engineering.  That's it.

....In the United States, the assumption is that everyone or maybe not everyone but that people work in a team.  When you’re dealing with hundreds, thousands of data points.  But when you're dealing with hundreds of thousands of data.  Which is what we have in this case.  As we have in this case.  I would hope people work with a team.  I would hope, I would like to think that people work in a team.  Because it’s very hard to do the analysis and the checks alone.  Because it is very difficult to do both the surgery and the tests on your own.  And in fact I would not recommend it.  And in fact, I wouldn't actually recommend doing it alone.
