Therefore, I found it necessary to determine that these are the restitution amounts received by the plaintiffs from the ILA, along with the initiation amounts they received following the commercialization of the right:
Plaintiff 1, Mr. Netanel Attias, received ILS 16,698 restitution from the ILA, as well as ILS 19,422 in respect of the right to initiate
Plaintiff No. 2, Mrs. Esther Vyshevsky, received ILS 55,275 restitution from the ILA, as well as ILS 59,023 for the right to initiate
Plaintiff 3, Mr. Yaakov Horowitz, received ILS 49,748 restitution from the ILA, as well as ILS 53,121 in respect of the initiation right
Plaintiff No. 4, the transfer of the hearing venue of Ariel Cohen, received ILS 34,126 restitution from the ILA, as well as ILS 35,436 for the right to initiate
Plaintiff 5, Avishai Junger, received ILS 49,748 restitution from the ILA, as well as ILS 53,121 for the right to initiate
Plaintiff No. 6, Mr. Benya Zidon, received ILS 51,189 restitution from the ILA, as well as ILS 53,152 for the right to initiate
Plaintiff 7, Ms. Carmit Shimoni Cohen, received ILS 33,165 restitution from the ILA, as well as ILS 35,414 for the right to initiate
I am convinced that these are the sums that the plaintiffs received in this case. It should be noted that the amounts for the right to initiate are exactly in line with the sums specified in the plaintiffs' position submitted to the court file on September 28, 2025, in accordance with my decision.
The arithmetic result - the sums paid by the plaintiffs to defendant 4, less the sums they received for restitution and the right to initiate
Plaintiff 1, Mr. Netanel Attias, paid defendant 4 the sum of ILS 60,000, but received ILS 16,698 restitution from the ILA, as well as ILS 19,422 for the right to initiate. Therefore, defendants 1 and 4 must reimburse him ILS 23,880 together with linkage differences and interest from the date of filing the claim until the date of actual payment.
Plaintiff No. 2, Mrs. Esther Vyshovsky, paid defendant No. 4 the sum of ILS 90,000, but received ILS 55,275 restitution from the ILA, as well as ILS 59,023 for the right to initiate. Thus, in fact, she received restitution in excess of the amount she actually paid. Therefore, defendants 1 and 4 are not required to reply to her.
