It is evident, therefore, that Mr. Buchnik did not deny Mualem's claim that he had informed him of clause 15 of the lease contract, but that, like the other plaintiffs, Mr. Buchnik did not wish to delay his statement, since he confirmed that he was "euphoria" at the time (p. 712, paras. 20-25). In any event, I would like to emphasize that Mr. Buchnik's testimony did not leave a positive impression on me. Thus, Mr. Buchnik did not recall whether he had told the relocation of the Goren hearing venue that Mr. Dahari was not an honest person (p. 627, paras. 5-23), while admitting that he had written to the relocation of Goren's hearing place, "You are a righteous man", but strangely claimed that he had done so at his request (p. 644, paras. 16-18); confirmed that he was not precise with regard to what he himself wrote in paragraph 4 of his affidavit (p. 652, paras. 18-25); He claimed that he cooperated with Goren's relocation to record things that were not true (p. 653, questions 6-13, p. 654, questions 4-11 and p. 658, questions 12-25) and that he did not tell the truth in the recording according to which Goren was an honest person, since at the time he believed that he was a "crook" (p. 659, questions 4-12; p. 755, questions 13-21).
In the plaintiffs' summaries it was argued that the recorded Goren-Sidon conversation (Appendix A/5) shows that the plaintiffs were not told 3-7 about section 15 (paragraph 19 of the summaries). I do not accept this argument. This is a forced interpretation that is intended to extract such a conclusion from things that were not said by the Goren discussion in that conversation. In my opinion, Mr. Sidon knew very well about clause 15 from the things that were given to him by moving the place of discussion from Mualem to the signing of the contract, but in 2013 things became clear to him once again following a conversation with a professional and reading an article in the newspaper. This time, too, despite Mr. Sidon admitting that he left the meeting with the relocation of the Goren meeting "with the feeling that there is no knee inside you" (p. 1237, paras. 17-18; ibid., p. 1303, paras. 17-22) and that in fact the manager was liable to take the land back into his possession, Mr. Zidon and the rest of his friends did nothing. Among other things, they did not ask to cancel the contracts and did not even make inquiries with their attorney after the transfer of the place of discussion from Mualem or in the offices of the director.
