Q: As a husband
A: I wrote,
Q: I ask
A: No, he registered, I wrote, that I would get an appointment, if he couldn't finish the house, I would receive a loan in his name. And that, too, for the betterment tax, for the Ministry of Construction. That I will deduct the betterment tax, I have to write down names.
Q: What is betterment tax?
A: Betterment tax, when you go to get a license for a house and you have a lot of meters, you get betterment tax, so if it was big, the surface is big, you pay more, if it's small you pay less. So for me, I wrote down his name and the name of my daughters as well.". (ibid., p. 33, paras. 3-18).
The reference in the first question to a building permit from 2013 is incorrect, and no such permit was attached, but a permit from 2014. The document attached by the Registrar from 2013 is a detailed plan in which there are no names of applicants (Appendix 8 to the appeal against the decision of the Registrar of the Hot).
- Later on, the hot man was again asked about the permit and what was the purpose of removing the man's name from the building permit, and he answered:
"Q: Now, tell me, you changed the permit later, right? Why?
A: I changed,
Q: Why?
A: That I want to change, what is it, I have changed, who, who
Q: But what's the point?
A: Is there anyone who can force me to do what to do in my house?
Honorable Judge: No, no, he asks you, only what was the purpose of the change
Q: What was the goal?
Honorable Judge: Why did you change? Why did you change?
A: I changed, because I want to leave my house alone, I don't want any name, only with my daughters, who are sick and my wife is sick.
Q: Yes, but you have a taboo, so what's the point of a building permit?
A: What does it bother you if I have a taboo or no taboo?
Q: But you did it during the divorce proceedings, in 2020.
