The dissolution of the partnership will be done by way of a first right to the rights holder who wishes to acquire the rights of the other, which will be exercised within 30 days; To the extent that both rights holders wish to acquire the rights of the other, a bidding will be held between the parties within 45 days at the latest;
If none of the rights holders are interested in purchasing the rights of the other, the apartment will be sold on the free market to a willing buyer from a willing seller. If no buyer is found within 6 months, counsel for the parties will be appointed as joint receivers for the purpose of dissolving the partnership.
The balance of resources will be made in accordance with the expert opinion dated March 23, 2025, so that the defendant must pay the plaintiff the sum of NIS 35,813 as of the date of the opinion; In addition, out of the consideration for the joint apartment, the defendant will be entitled to an amount equal to 75% of the sale proceeds, after repaying the mortgage-secured loan and sales expenses;

I order the plaintiff to pay the defendant for reimbursement for a (relative) gym appointment in the sum of NIS 887.5;
I order the plaintiff to pay the defendant the sum of NIS 5,493 as of the date of the rupture of the balance of the vehicle;
I order the defendant to pay the plaintiff half of the value of the vehicles according to the Yitzhak Levy price list as of the date of the rupture;
In order to dissolve the partnership in the movables, the defendant will prepare 2 lists and the defendant will choose a list;
The charges according to this judgment will be made from the sale of the apartment.
- In the circumstances of the case, the plaintiff will pay the defendant legal expenses in the sum of NIS 15,000.
