- Counsel for the accuser He submitted arguments for a written sentence (P/1), completed his oral arguments, and petitioned for an appropriate sentence of the same as defendants 1 and 2, ranging from 4-6 years, along with a suspended sentence, a fine ranging from ILS 250,000 to ILS 500,000, and the forfeiture of the seized funds.
The accuser requested that defendant 1 be sentenced to 4.5 years in prison alongside a suspended sentence and a fine of ILS 300,000, and defendant 2, in view of her family circumstances, to 4 years in prison, a suspended sentence and a fine of ILS 250,000.
It was claimed that the defendants, together with other conspirators who were not known to the authorities, set up a venture that included receiving matriculation exam forms in real time and distributing solutions to their clients - students taking matriculation exams.
Counsel for the accuser emphasized that the defendants committed their actions out of greed for money, advertised the venture to hundreds of thousands of people, developed complex methods in order to receive the funds and distribute the test solutions, and used the platforms of a social authority. It was alleged that the defendants distributed about 20 matriculation exams and their solution to almost 1,000 students, thus deceiving the Ministry of Education under aggravated circumstances.
