As detailed above, the jacket and backpack documented in all the videos correspond to items found in the seat, while gasoline remnants were also found in the backpack that was located.  However, the jacket and backpack are not unique items in themselves.  However, their striking characteristics, which can be easily discerned in each of the videos, the correspondence between these items documented in the videos and the items located in the meeting, together with the visual characteristics of the figure visible from all the videos, support the conclusion that this is indeed the defendant.

  1. I would like to reiterate that three of the five Molotov cocktail throwing incidents - in the arenas of Bank Leumi, Merchtil Bank and the courthouse - took place on one night on 27 October 2023, in the early hours of 27 October 2023, continuously, one after the other, between approximately 3:45 and 4:40 A.M.

According to security camera footage, only about three minutes passed between the throwing of Molotov cocktails at Bank Leumi (which ended at 04:03:13) and the throwing of Molotov cocktails at Mercantile Bank (which began at 04:06:23).  About 40 minutes passed between the end of the Molotov cocktail throwing at Mercantile Bank (which ended at 04:07:09) and the beginning of the Molotov cocktail throwing at the court (which began at 04:46:04).

There is also a relative geographical proximity between the three arenas.  The Bank Leumi branch is located in the Shabbat Square in the Mea Shearim neighborhood.  The Mercantile Bank branch is located on Hagai Street in the same neighborhood, two blocks away (Kings of Israel and Levush Mordechai).  The Magistrate's Court is located on Cheshin Street in the city center (see Map P/19).  The time required to reach the scene on foot is therefore consistent with the amount of time that has elapsed between the three different events.

This continuous documentation of the history of the character documented in each of the videos filmed that night also strengthens the impression that it is the same character.

  1. As mentioned, the quality of the videos is not uniform. Not all of the segments can see the character's face or distinguish the characteristics of the jacket and backpack.  However, the similarity of the figure documented by the cameras is evident on the route to and from the scene of the Molotov cocktail throwing.  The videos document a male figure walking alone through the streets of Jerusalem at an unusual time - in the early hours of the morning, when the streets are almost completely empty of people and vehicles.  In each of the videos, and throughout the route, the man is dressed in dark clothes, dark shoes, wearing a hoodie (except in the section in the court video) and carrying a backpack.

Beyond that, there are various physical gestures of the documented man, which are repeated throughout the videos, including in the segments where his face cannot be clearly seen.  In most of the videos, one can get an impression of the determined gait of the man in question, and the use of large hand gestures in a wide spread out manner (see, for example, the video of Shih Jarrah - 02:57:45, 03:41:36; in the postal video - at 03:55:09; in the video of Bank Leumi - at 03:58:20, 03:59:14).  In addition, most of the videos document the man touching, from time to time, his left hand on the capuchon hat (in the video of Shih Jarrah - at 03:45:22; in the video Bank Leumi - at 03:53:29, 03:53:40, 03:53:47; in the video of Mercantile Bank - at 04:06:17, 04:06:20).  This movement, which is common to all the videos, reinforces the impression that it is indeed the same character.

  1. I will also discuss the common characteristics of the Molotov cocktail-throwing act documented in all the videos. In all the videos, there is footage of the figure throwing Molotov cocktails with his right hand.  In the video of Shih Jarrah, it is not clear to see the hand used to throw the first and third cocktails, but it can be seen that the second bottle is thrown with his right hand, and that before throwing the third cocktail, the figure is holding the Molotov cocktail in his right hand (at 03:45:16, 03:45:46).  In the postal video, the figure throws all the Molotov cocktails with his right hand (footage begins at 03:54:15).  In the Bank Leumi video, too, the character throws all the Molotov cocktails with his right hand (the beginning of footage at 04:02:49).  In the Mercantile Bank video, the character throws the first bottle with her right hand.  It is not possible to discern which hand was used in throwing the two additional bottles (min.  01:54).  In the court video, the figure throws all six bottles with his right hand (footage begins at 04:46:03).

In the scenes of Sheikh Jarrah and the courthouse, where one can get a better impression of the figure throwing Molotov cocktails, one can notice that during the throwing, the figure performs a kind of unique skipping movement.  The figure jumps and raises his right leg backwards with the other folded back at an angle of about 90 degrees (in the video of Jarrah's speech in the second throwing - at 03:45:19; in the court video, the unique jumping motion is repeated by throwing each of the six Molotov cocktails (beginning at 04:46:06).
