In relation to the Guittum lawsuit:
- For overtime pay and weekly rest pay - ILS 1,466.
- For convalescence pay - ILS 262.
- For vacation redemption - ILS 3,494.24.
- For holiday fees - ILS 1,863.8.
- Regarding the exchange of deposits to the study fund - ILS 379.
- Regarding the exchange of deposits for compensation and benefits - ILS 2,657.55.
The claim for the other components that were claimed was dismissed.
From the aforesaid sums, a sum of ILS 1,430 paid to him by the defendant will be deducted.
The defendant will pay the plaintiff expenses and attorney's fees in the sum of ILS 1,700.
Regarding Job's claim:
- For convalescence pay - 170 ILS.
- For vacation redemption - 699 ILS.
- For holiday payments - 466 ILS.
- Regarding the exchange of deposits to the study fund - ILS 243.8.
- In exchange for deposits for compensation and remuneration - ILS 1,907.27.
- Compensation for failure to give notice to the employee - ILS 500.
The claim for the other components that were claimed was dismissed.
From such sums, a sum of ILS 857 paid to him by the defendant will be deducted.
The defendant will pay the plaintiff expenses and attorney's fees in the sum of ILS 800 .
- As stated above, defendant 2 will bear jointly and severally with the defendant the sums that it was charged as aforesaid in the claim of Guyottum and Job (only) for the following components: redemption of annual leave, overtime pay and weekly rest pay, holiday pay and the exchange of deposits for compensation and benefits, deducting the amounts paid by the defendant as stated above. In addition, it will bear jointly and severally the expenses and attorney's fees imposed on the defendant in the lawsuit of Gautam and Ayoub.
- The aforementioned sums will be paid together with ILS interest from the date of termination of the employment relationship until the full payment is actually made.
The parties have the right to appeal to the National Court of Justice in Jerusalem within 30 days from the date of the judgment.
