Later on (p. 52   of L/23A),  the defendant reiterated that Y. burned his father the car (Subaru) and the defendant burned Y.'s father the Silverado car  (ibid.,  lines 16-23).

regarding thenumber of stabbings; According to the defendant, he stabbed the deceased 14 times.  He later claimed that the number of stabbings ranged from fourteen to twelve stabbings.  The informants expressed surprise as to the number of stabbings, and yet, despite the repeated questions regarding this detail, the defendant insisted on his version regarding the number of stabbings (see p. 34 of P/23A).

the location of the stabbings; The defendant described the place of the stabbings on the deceased's body, stating that he had stabbed him in the back, shoulder and upper part (ibid., p. 35, lines 7-20).  It is evident that the defendant described, using movements and marks, the location of the stabbings.  However, in the absence of visual documentation, it is not possible to determine this description accurately.

  1. According to the defendant,, The incident that was the subject of the murder was not accompanied by shouting; When immediately after the stab in the back, The deceased immediately fell to the ground, He didn't even say a word (Name, pp' 41, Lines 7 -12).
  2. The informants went on to ask the defendant if there was a splash of blood as a result of the stabbings:

"The Dubbed "From" 2: You know, he also squirts blood on you, too..

            The Defendant: Anonymous..  He's on the floor..

            The Dubbed "From" 2: Still

            The Defendant: I'm far from him.

            ....

            ....

            The Dubbed "From" 1: Publishing? Not squirting...

The Defendant: I'm not squirting, I'm telling you the truth, I'm not squirting. ...  The squirt on the floor (Trial            It's not clear) Puddles of blood."

With regard to the question of when the deceased was found; According to the defendant, they found him a few hours later, when cars passed by, and according to his descriptions, the police passed by and saw him (p. 41, lines 13-15).  Immediately after these words of the defendant, came his statement that he himself immediately went to sleep (p. 41, line 20).  And this is how my words were expressed there:
