The third question; The content of the confession and what is the connection between it and reality – is it a true confession?

  1. If that's not enough.. After all, even when we come to examine the content of the defendant's confession, As it was given to the informants as aforesaid, We found uniforms, that this admission is incompatible (In a large number of essential points) The main relevant facts that are not in dispute; All of this, as I will detail below, can raise real doubt, Is Thanksgiving a True Confession.
  2. In relation toEvent time; According to the defendant, the murder occurred at about 2 a.m. (pp' 18 Transcript, Row 36). Up Next, He reiterated that the incident took place at 2 a.m. (pp' 36 Transcript, Lines 6-3).

At the same time, As emerges from the totality of the evidence, The murder took place around an hour 23:30 (See in this context - Duo"Operation P/2", when in the framework of the same report an incident was reported on January 20, 2016, at 23:38).  The same conclusion can be reached on the basis of the statements of two informants; One named Tamar Golan and the other named Yuval Berger, who gave statements to the police (P/198 and P/199 respectively), and reported that they were at the scene of the incident at around 11:30 P.M.  In other words, the incident that is the subject of the indictment took place around 11:30 p.m.  This is also evident from the security camera footage when the deceased was seen riding his bicycle.

  1. Number of stabbings; According to the defendant, As expressed in his confession to the informants, He stabbed the deceased 14 Stabbing. He later claimed, Because the number of stabbings ranges from fourteen to twelve.  The informants expressed surprise at the number of stabbings the defendant had stabbed and even tried again, Several times, To clarify the meaning of this version of the defendant; Version seen, In the eyes of the informants, As illogical.  Not only that., The informants tried to find out if we were interested in one or two stabbing incidents.  Hall, In this context, The defendant remained adamant about his version and insisted on his words regarding the number of stabbings he mentioned (See - pp' 34 Latt/23a).

The defendant even tried to explain why he chose to name this number of stabbings, Neighbor, According to him,, From the photo of the deceased (A/29) As stated, the witness Yuval Berger was photographed and the defendant was exposed to her, According to his claim, After it was distributed on the social network WhatsApp, The deceased was seen lying on the road in a pool of blood.  Hence, According to the claim, the defendant concluded, Because the deceased was stabbed all over his body.
