The witness further stated that the deceased was mysterious, did not understand what he was working and what he was making a living.  According to her, she was afraid of the relationship with the deceased, felt that the relationship was developing and progressing too fast, for example - he offered his help in buying a jeep and all sorts of things.  Given the above, according to her, she was frightened by the relationship and preferred to stop it (p. 222 of the transcript).

In the framework of her testimony, the witness also referred to the matter of the deceased's work, stating as follows: "He told me something about the state.  Okay, what is so secretive? So he told me yes, so I said to him: What is the Shin Bet? What will you give me some kind of headline, tell me what.  So he said to me, I can't tell you.  All these things, I felt that it was so vague.  I don't know, I felt unsafe(p. 222, lines 8-11).

The witness reiterated that she did not feel comfortable with the relationship that existed between her and the deceased.  Yes, the relationship with him frightened her.  Against this background, she even decided to record his conversations with her on her phone (p. 223).  In this context, the witness stated:

" The witness, Mrs. ...: Okay, in light of all these things that happened, I really got into a place of fear and it was so vague and so unclear, that I said to myself, wait, I have to do something so that if I hang up, it will be clear, I didn't imagine and I didn't imagine what was going to happen and what would happen, I wanted to protect myself and my daughters,  Something that would happen to him because I was afraid of his statements. 

Adv. Arbel:   Were you afraid of what?

The witness, Mrs. ...:         I was afraid, I was afraid, yes, I said all ahead, all the shopping, doing, all your daughters are mine, this is something that made me very nervous, very nervous."

In this context, you can also refer to - A/59 that reflects a transcript of a conversation from the day 14.1.16, between' and the deceased.  Ltd.' 2 of the transcription (Lines 5 Up to 10) ,There, the deceased said in reference to the project in which he is engaged in this : "This is not the exercise of discretion..  It's a matter of ah..  Today I made progress in a few things that I aspired to and wanted, and I told you in one of the conversations that I got some small roles that I aspired to, So oh..  Because I put it on and I do it well, I can't say today listen, I don't ..  I put it correctly , I do it well and that's it.  It caught on to me and I hope to aspire to something more small and after that we will be big children and we will not have to work".
