Charlie Sabag is a lawyer who represented the defendant during the investigation stages, moving on to the filing of the indictment.  After his submission, he represented the defendant in one hearing, and later stopped the work of representation.

Shai Peleg is a police officer who was responsible for the investigation of the affair and the team of investigators who advanced it.

The evidence also spoke of two vehicles: one, a white Toyota vehicle No.  37-45-189-32 that is registered in the possession of Stav Avioz, one of the defendant's daughters, who does not live in the family home, and this vehicle is used by the family members who live at 18 Hagvora Street in Nesher (hereinafter: the "Toyota vehicle").

The second vehicle is a Chevrolet Malibu vehicle, in color gray (bronze) No.  37 250-03-101, which was allegedly used by the deceased's murderers (hereinafter also: "Chevrolet vehicle").  This vehicle was observed by various security cameras, and during the course of the investigation, data was obtained from Ituran regarding its location at the relevant times.  The vehicle was taken from Eliran Sabag's car park on 21 March 2021, by the defendant, and the defendant was arrested while driving it on 26 March 2021 in the early evening.

The Evidence and Arguments in Summary

In order to prove her claims, the accuser presented a variety of circumstantial evidence, which, in her view, links the defendant to the commission of the offenses, and establishes what is attributed to him beyond a reasonable doubt.

The accuser presented evidence in the form of security camera footage and data received from Ituran, according to which the Chevrolet was used by the deceased's killers.  They arrived in the Chevrolet, got out of it before the murder was committed, and returned to it afterwards.

The accuser linked the defendant to the Chevrolet car he purchased on March 21, 2021, three days before the murder, in Eliran Sabag's car lot.  The Chevrolet was parked during the night hours preceding the murder, not far from the house where the defendant allegedly lived, at 18 Gevvora Street in Nesher, and to where he had been transferred a few hours earlier from HaTishbi Street in Nesher, where, according to the defendant, his rented residence was.
