- The following is the movement of the suspect in the shooting incident, and the details of his clothing on the timeline of July 20, 2022, based on findings gathered from watching all the videos detailed:
(a) At 12:41 P.M., a dark-skinned man, dressed in a short black shirt, long black pants, wearing a black casket hat and black shoes, was seen descending the staircase of the building at 8 Saharon Street and holding something in his left hand (hereinafter in this chapter: "the suspect") (P/49, P/73).
(b) At 1:03 P.M., the suspect was filmed in dark clothes, riding an electric bicycle, coming from Rubinstein Street in the direction of Sumkan Street. On the front of the bicycle hangs a dark-colored bag with a light stripe (P/5A, P/35).
(c) At 1:04 P.M., the suspect was filmed riding a dark-colored electric bicycle and entering under a building at 22 Nardor Street. There, he waited for about 20 minutes. During this time, with a helmet on his head, which have light-colored symbols on the front and back. The suspect checked the bag several times in a dark color with light-colored stripes that hung on the front of his bicycle. On the back of the bicycle seat, a number of bright spots were observed (looking like a trim of rivets). The suspect was filmed moving from side to side, and later removed his helmet to smoke, and thus his face was fully documented in the video. The suspect was wearing a dark-colored short-sleeved shirt with a light-colored symbol on the left side, dark-colored pants with a light symbol on the left side, dark colored gloves and a dark shoe shoe. The suspect left the scene at 13:21:14 (P/5A, P/35).
