(d)   At 1:23 P.M., the suspect was filmed getting on his bicycle and leaving the area under the building at 22 Nardor Street.  Later, the suspect was seen riding his bicycle inside the playground, while the complainant's wife rocked her son on one of the facilities there.

(e)   At 1:24 P.M., the complainant was recorded walking under the building at 22 Nardor Street, while the suspect was seen riding on the electric bicycle driving slowly following the complainant (P/5A, P/35).

(f)    The suspect was filmed riding his bicycle on a path parallel to the building where he had been waiting earlier, while the complainant made his way under the building and went out to the playground.  The suspect passes the complainant and continues to drive alongside him while the complainant walks towards his wife and son, a distance of several meters, and it is evident that the two were talking to each other while the complainant was walking towards his wife and son.  The complainant reached his wife and son, and then the suspect continued driving away from the scene (P/5A, P/35).

(ז)    The suspect was seen riding an electric bicycle in the direction of a condominium building (block) at 15 Sumkan Street.  The suspect then left the scene running, without the electric bicycle (P/36).

(8)   At 1:28 p.m., the complainant was filmed rocking his son in the playground, with the suspect coming behind him on foot holding something in his hand, in a way that seemed appropriate for someone holding a weapon.  The complainant was documented miraculously in front of the suspect when the suspect followed him a distance of several meters and then returned to his feet (P/5A, P/35).

(9)   The suspect was seen riding an electric bicycle from the area of the residential building at 15 Sumkan Street.

(10)  At 1:58 P.M., the suspect returned to the residential building at 8 Saharon Street, and climbed the staircase, wearing the same clothes he had left with at 12:41 P.M.  (P/49, P/73).

(11)  At 2:16 P.M., the suspect was seen leaving his house again, and descending the staircase, this time wearing a black T-shirt, orange shorts, a black casket hat and black shoes (P/49, P/73).
