Dr.  Israelzon conducted an "expert opinion" on August 7, 2022 (P/96); The work file used by it was also submitted (P/97).  According to the opinion, five secured bags were received, sealed and marked with a forensic patch, including: a suspect's kit - the samples taken from the defendant, the bicycle, the delivery bag, the helmet, a shirt and pants.

The test requested was to locate and identify particles characteristic of gunshot remnants.  For this purpose, particle samples were collected from the exhibits using the gluing method; taking photographs; Using a scanning electron microscope (SEM/EDX) for the purpose of locating particles that can be identified as remnants of gunfire (Characteristic GSR); classification of the composition of the chemical elements of the firing remnants in the sample into known ammunition groups; Comparison of the characteristic composition of the remnants of the ammunition attributed to the scene with the composition of the remnants of gunfire in the sample.

The following is a summary of the findings of the expert opinion prepared by Dr.  Israelson:

Two particles were found in a sample of the defendant's hair that were identified as remnants of gunfire;

The sample from the defendant's hands contained 1 particle that was identified as the remains of gunfire;

A sample from a shipment bag contained 12 particles identified as gunshot remnants, one of which contained a mixture of modern Western ammunition plus aluminum;

No particles identified as gunshot remnants were found in the sample from the bicycle;

A sample from the helmet contained 10 particles that were identified as gunshot remnants;

Two particles were found in the sample from the shirt that were identified as remnants of gunfire;

In the sample from the pants, 1 particle was identified as remnants of gunfire.

Dr.  Israelzon noted that a caliber 1 backpack was found at the scene9X9 with the base symbol: "...SEARCH...".  This backpack has a typical pica mixture composition associated with "modern Western" ammunition (W-GSR) sometimes with the addition of aluminum ((W-GSR-AI.  This vehicle corresponds to the composition of the remains of the gunfire in the samples found on the defendant and the other items as detailed above.
