On July 27, 2022, the defendant was interrogated for the fourth time, after consulting with the defense attorney, and in response to the relevant questions, he maintained his right to remain silent.  Similarly, the defendant remained silent when Officer Aviv slammed him that during the search of his home The defendant marked the shape of a pistol with his right hand, and asked him to protect his home and family.  Later, He told investigators as follows: "I've been deceived, I've not lived all my life, okay? They deceived me, threatened me, did things to me, signed me to friendship, I complained, you are nothing, you don't help with anything, you are killing a person little by little, his soul".  When asked if he had opened files, he replied: "Yes, I started a scam police here".  When asked what it was, he replied: "...  Friends have signed me off on things I don't know, which are threats...  They burned down my building..." and complained that the police did not help him in this.  The defendant stated that he came from a weak family, especially when it came to a family of Ethiopian origin, and said: "Weak people don't live in this world".  When the interrogator accused the defendant that if the complainant did not survive, he would violate the command, "Thou shalt not kill," the defendant replied: "Leave now, regardless of what you said, if you don't kill, there is such a thing in the Torah as early as to kill you, so don't try to tell me here" (P/74A, P/74B).

On July 28, 2022, the defendant was interrogated for the fifth time, after consulting with the defense attorney, and maintained his right to remain silent.  When he was accused that the motive for the attempted murder he had committed was a business relationship between him and the complainant, and that the complainant had disavowed responsibility for him, the defendant replied: "I wish liar people to die in agony".  When asked about the motive for the act, the defendant replied: "I told a social worker what needs to be said and everything is good, I went to the fraud police and said what needs to be said, everything is good" (pp.  16-17 of the transcript of the interrogation; P/84A, P/84B).
