Total Compensation
- Taking into account all of the above, the plaintiff is entitled to compensation for damages as follows:
Past earnings losses: ILS 50,000.
Future earnings losses: ILS 75,000.
Non-pecuniary damage: ILS 100,000.
Expenses: 30,000 NIS.
Help: 15,000 ILS.

Conclusion
- Taking into account all of the above, I hereby obligate all the defendants, jointly and severally, to pay the plaintiff damages in the sum of ILS 270,000. To this sum will be added attorneys' fees at a total rate of 20%.
Since the main culprit for the occurrence of the incident lies with defendants 2-3 who knowingly attacked the plaintiff and in light of what is stated in paragraph 14(c) of the statement of defense filed by the state, I order that defendants 2-3 must return to the state any amount that it pays to the plaintiff in accordance with this judgment. I also order defendants 2-3 to pay the state reimbursement of expenses in this proceeding in the total sum of ILS 7,500.
The defendants will refund the plaintiff the fee paid by him. The balance of the fee will be paid in accordance with Regulation 5 of the Fees Regulations, 5767-2007 .
