Therefore, we hereby declare that the decision of the defendant that is the subject of the lawsuit is null and void.  In any event, the penalty imposed on him is null and void and the defendant is not entitled to prevent the plaintiff from entering the coaches' territory in the halls where the defendant's competitions are held, on the basis of the said decision.  It is further declared that the defendant is not entitled to take disciplinary proceedings, including against the plaintiff, except in accordance with the provisions of the Sports Law.

  1. Both claims were therefore accepted and remedies were granted as detailed above. In view of the receipt of the claims and in view of the scope of the litigation, the defendant will bear the plaintiffs' expenses in the total sum of ILS 60,000.

Given today, 4 Nissan 5786, March 22, 2026, in the absence of the parties.
