[1] It should be noted that in the decision of June 9, 2025, I rejected a request for disclosure of documents submitted by the plaintiff. This, inter alia, is because the application was submitted without an affidavit in support of it; The claim that the plaintiff contacted any of the parties set out in the decision of January 13, 2025, demanding receipt of documents and that his request was denied; The defendants' response was supported by an affidavit in which it was claimed that all the documents in the defendants' possession that relate to the dispute that are the subject of the lawsuit were transferred to the plaintiff; In response to the response, the plaintiff did not deal with the defendants' claims at all, and instead in his response he included a long list of documents, most of which are not relevant to the lawsuit, but rather to assets that are not owned by the company, as well as a petition to receive data, which deviates from a request for disclosure of documents.
