See the affidavit marked Tel/1 (19):

"The whole thing of distributing the photos was a very sensitive subject for me, it's true that he wasn't the first to distribute it, but I had my mother hold on to her when she was still alive, the incident with character fell on the beginning of the war, a little before the 7/10, when I was already drafted, I was afraid that now that maybe I was serving in the center, I would be recognized...  I'm struggling mentally...  This whole thing made my mental disorder grow stronger and think that maybe there are other people who distributed my videos or photos or maybe even people close to me..."

  1. Quotes from the statements of the victims of the offense were brought in order to illustrate, if only slightly, the many, direct and indirect damage caused by the defendant in his actions, and the extent of the enormous infringement of every woman's right to integrity and autonomy over her body. In some cases, the acts were committed when the victims of the offense were minors or young women and have now become adults; Sometimes we are dealing with the distribution of original content that was documented for private and personal purposes with consent, but which was leaked from the private destination into the hands of the defendant or others into the virtual world; Sometimes a partial identity is used and the content is edited and turned into content that the victims of the offense did not think might be attributed to them.  In any case, we are dealing with very serious acts, since every woman has the right and freedom of choice to document her intimate body and actions as she wishes, and they are not a "green light" to make use of anyone who wants to, just as a woman's revealing clothing does not constitute a permit to perform sexual acts on her, against her will.  The use of this documentation against her will and/or knowledge turns a woman's body into a real object, which is distributed and sold to anyone who wants it, in order to be sexually used, degrading and humiliating, without any consent on the part of the victim of the offense.

It is clear that the transmission of intimate content through the Internet, even if it was done with consent, puts the user at risk that the stored material will leak into the virtual world without his consent, but this risk does not dull the defendant's actions or lead to relief from him.  On the contrary, the use of digital means today, such as a mobile phone or a personal computer, is a daily occurrence, and the court must strengthen the public's confidence and confidence, and bring about the use of a safe virtual space.
