In addition to most of the sexual content in the open and closed groups, Defendant 1 also controlled the content published by others, by being able to remove this content, add new users and remove existing users.
Defendant 1 was assisted by another Telegram user for the purpose of performing technical actions relating to the management of the groups.
During the relevant period and until May 28, 2023, at least 3,900 Telegram users joined the open group, the "exclusive groups" about 182 Telegram users, the "crazy group" about 208 Telegram users, and the "returned group" by large about 44 Telegram users.
Defendant 1 distributed in these groups, by himself and together with others, at least thousands of photographs and videos containing sexual content, inter alia, of young Israeli women and minors listed in Appendix A to the indictment, in circumstances that could humiliate or humiliate them, inter alia, when they perform sexual acts, all without their consent or knowledge.
In addition, the "crazy group" distributed a number of links to the Mega hosting server, some of which led to folders organized and categorized by the names of Israeli minors and young women, containing sexual content of those minors and young women.
