In addition to the sexual content published in the open and closed groups, Defendant 1, together with others, usually also published the names and identification details of these Israeli minors and young women, including ways to contact them on social networks, in order to prove that they were Israeli young men and women. The publication of the identification information allowed users in the groups to locate those minors and young adults and contact them personally.
During the relevant period, Defendant 1, by himself and together with others, in the open and closed groups, published sexual content in which 77 minors and young women were seen, which are detailed in Appendix A to the indictment. As a result of the publications, they suffered various damages as detailed in Appendix A to the indictment.
Defendant 1 sold sexual content on a number of different occasions to a user named A.S., who was a member of Defendant 1's closed groups, for a total sum of approximately ILS 51,500.
In his actions, Defendant 1 himself and together with others, published thousands of photos and videos focusing on the sexuality of at least 52 young Israeli women and 14 minors, as detailed in Appendix A to the indictment, in circumstances in which they should be humiliated or humiliated and without their consent for publication. In addition, defendant 1 published photographs and personal details, including contact information, of at least 61 young women and 14 Israeli minors, in addition to the sexual publications.
According to the second indictment, on May 27, 2023, Defendant 1 posted 22 videos containing obscene material, including images of minors (hereinafter: the pedophile content), through the Telegram group "We Are Back and Big", which numbered about 44 users, including videos of minors kissing, masturbating, and caressing each other. In some of the photos, minors can be seen inserting their genitals into the mouths of other minors, and adults inserting their genitals or various objects into the minors' mouths and anus.
