6.1 The Employee undertakes to devote all of his time, energy, ability, knowledge and experience to his work in the Company, and to act diligently, dedicatedly, faithfully and faithfully in fulfilling this Agreement and to do his best for the benefit of the Company and for the promotion of the Company's business and affairs only.

Section 6.2 The employee will carry out the company's policy and decisions and will faithfully and diligently follow the instructions of the company and its superiors.  The employee will strictly comply with and comply with the Company's instructions and procedures relating to the nature of the position assigned to him at the time, including work procedures, discipline and conduct, as they are today and as will be changed from time to time, in accordance with the Company's decisions that will be communicated to him and which will form an integral part of the provisions of this Agreement.

Section 6.3 Without derogating from the generality of the provisions of Section 6.1 above, the Employee undertakes not to accept from any other person and/or entity, including customers and suppliers of the Company, any consideration and/or benefit of any kind and/or a promise of benefit, whether directly or indirectly, unless he has received the Company's prior written consent to do so.  In the event that the employee violates this provision, he will be deemed to be in breach of a fundamental condition of this agreement, and in addition, the amount or benefit received by him as aforesaid, will belong to a company that will be entitled to deduct this sum or the value of the benefit, from all the funds that the employee will receive from it. 

Section 6.4 Without derogating from the generality of the provisions of Clause 6.1 above, the Employee undertakes not to use information and/or documents brought to me as a result of this Agreement, and will refrain from anything that contradicts or may conflict between the Company's interest and his own or that of another person and/or entity.
