Section 2.2 I undertake that during the period of my employment with the Company and during the period of limitation, I will not engage in a similar business in Israel, unless I receive the Company's prior written approval.
Section 2.3 Without derogating from the aforesaid, I undertake that during the period of limitation I will refrain from contacting or working or performing work, whether for consideration or not, whether directly or indirectly, for the Company's customers and/or for a person or corporation engaged in the Company's business, who during the period of my employment with the Company had business relations with the Company and/or any other entity that conducted negotiations regarding business relations with the Company and/or the Company's customers
Clause 2.4 I am aware that the role that I will fulfill within the framework of the Company requires the Company to disclose to me trade secrets, including, inter alia, pricing methods, product costs, unique marketing methods as well as a list of customers, and in light of this, I am fully obligated to keep these secrets and even undertake in light of the capital and money that the Company has invested in order to acquire this confidential information in keeping it safe, not to transfer it to others and certainly not to compete and/or to contact the Company's customers during the limitation period, whether directly or indirectly, Whether existing or potential, I will certainly not disclose to any entity, including a competing entity, any information regarding the trade secrets that have been provided to me for the purpose of performing my duties within the company
Clause 2.5 I undertake that during the period of my employment with the Company and during the period of limitation, I will not solicit employees of the Company to leave their jobs, I will not employ them directly or indirectly, I will not assist them in finding work in a similar business, I will not offer them work or provide services in any way to any party, unless I obtain the Company's prior written approval."
