I accept the claim in part and obligate the defendant to pay the plaintiff the following amounts:
- ILS 30,550 - Loss of entrepreneurial profit.
- ILS 14,000 - Legal Expenses and Attorney's Fees - In a normal situation, there would have been room to award expenses on the lower side in light of the gap between the amount of the claim and the amount awarded, but in light of the behavior of the defendant who breached the agreement, he should be charged with legal expenses and fees in the amount aforesaid.
All of the aforementioned sums will be paid to the plaintiff within 30 days from today, otherwise they will bear shekel interest differences in accordance with the law.
