(-) Subsidizing Tuition Fees in Daycare Centers and Nurseries - The relevant body in the Ministry of Labor will consider and make a decision within 21 days on how to amend the support test, so that arranging the status of a parent who has been called up for service with the military authorities will serve as a prerequisite for all the criteria detailed in the support test.

(-) Discount for public transportation passengers - The Minister of Finance and the Minister of Transportation will consider, in consultation with the Price Committee, and will make a decision within 35 days whether and in what manner to amend the orders to control the prices of goods and services, which were issued by virtue of the Price Control of Goods and Services Law, 5756-1996, so that a passenger will not be entitled to discounts by virtue of them, if he must report for security service, and has not regularized his status with the military authorities.
(-) Arnona discount - The Minister of the Interior, or his deputy, in this regard, will consider and make a decision within 35 days whether and in what manner to amend the Arrangements in the State Economy Regulations (Arnona Discount), 5753-1993, so that it will be determined that a discount on property taxes by virtue of the regulations and criteria established for this purpose will be conditional, in the case of a person called up for service, on arranging status with the military authorities.
