Judgment

1. The plaintiff was employed by the tax defendant' 1 For about twenty years. 3. As we mentioned above, The plaintiff and Levy are relatives. The plaintiff was Levy's protégé.  There is no dispute that the plaintiff had a senior and central role in the company and that on a number of occasions, Levy noted that after his passing,, He intends to pass the "Reins" Management of the company in the hands of the plaintiff.  These words were open and were even communicated to the company's managers "Steele", One of the main foreign companies with which the company had business relations.
