This is a significant reduction in wages, in addition to a reduction in the base salary from ILS 8,000 to ILS 6,000.

  1. In this regard, there was a dispute between the parties as to whether the reduction in wages from April 2020, to which the plaintiff agreed, was only temporary. The plaintiff claimed that he had been told orally that this was a temporary reduction in wages.  The defendant's manager argued that there was no mention of a temporary reduction and that the plaintiff's claim that in June 2011 the impact of the coronavirus crisis disappeared should not be accepted.

The wage reduction agreement from April 2020 does not say until when the salary will be reduced.  The plaintiff's claim that he was promised that this was a temporary reduction was not proven.      Therefore, it is difficult to accept the plaintiff's claim that this is a deterioration in working conditions, in light of his agreement to a reduction in wages in April 2020, with no time limit.

  1. In any event, we have determined above that At least one of the three grounds detailed in the resignation notice was fulfilled. As we have determined, this is a significant violation of the plaintiff's pension rights.  Therefore, the plaintiff proved that he resigned in circumstances that entitle him to severance pay.
  2. The defendant raised a number of arguments, which she claimed indicated that this was not a resignation due to deterioration of conditions.

We do not accept the defendant's argument and will detail the matter below.

The defendant claimed that the plaintiff fabricated sick certificates - As mentioned above, the certificates of the disease were not hidden.  The defendant chose not to demand that the plaintiff be subjected to a doctor's examination.  The presumption that the certificates of illness from a health plan doctor attest to illness were not contradicted.  To this must be added the plaintiff's claim to blatant statements made against him by the defendant's manager, which, according to him, caused him a difficult mental state due to which he was issued sick certificates.
