"I think this is a lack of communication between me and the therapist who took me in, a nurse who took me in at the call center. As I said, I came to the emergency center, I didn't even stop, they automatically put me in the nurses' center, they saw that I was suffering, I was first of all bent, I couldn't straighten my entire spine just bent down and became a thorn.I was suffering from pain that I was screaming at the hotline, on my left leg, a nurse came up to me and my mother came up to me and asked what happened? The first thing I mentioned to her was that a week before I was riding a motorcycle and the motorcycle jumped and jumped me, she asked me if usually, she asked me if I usually suffer from back pain, and I told her that I don't suffer from back pain but I treat massages all the time, that's the only thing. She just told me to tell me everything your body has that can help, so I just said everything that I used to do treatments, that I don't have problems with my back and that of course like I said I was riding a motorcycle a week before and the motorcycle jumped, I don't remember beyond that, anyway my mother was with me throughout the process you can ask her too."
Regarding receiving massages, the plaintiff stated that although she does receive massages on a regular basis once every few weeks due to the fact that she works in an office job, she has not received a massage since her birthday, which fell two months before the incident. The plaintiff attached to her evidence a continuous correspondence with the masseuse from whom she used to receive treatments, from which it appears that she went for massages due to migraine pain, and that she did not receive a massage at least two months before the incident, but no further testimony was brought in this regard. According to the correspondence, after the incident, the plaintiff contacted the masseuse for the first time on April 30, 2018, after she had already sought medical treatment and not before. At the same time, it is not possible to rule out the possibility that the plaintiff received a massage from another masseuse, when the neighbor's testimony indicates that the plaintiff used to receive massages from two different therapists.
