Later, the expert was asked whether after jumping and bruising, as described by the plaintiff, she was not prevented from continuing on the hiking route and driving back on the cattle and speed bumps, and replied: "No, often depending on the level of pain, even people with an acute herniated disc still manage to get to the emergency room on foot, they do not have to be evacuated by ambulance, but there is no doubt that it will hurt."

During his interrogation, Dr.  Lotan was shown the reconstruction video filmed by the defendant, and he was presented with the possibility that the damage caused to the plaintiff was caused by a fall on the buttocks in 2016 and not as a result of the incident.  The expert testified that it is more likely that the event of the ride on the cattle barrier caused the herniated disc [Prov.  at p.  49]:

"The question of mechanics: Is it possible to break through by falling on a breech? It's also possible, but I would expect that there won't be a time gap until the current event, and that's one, two, in the video you can see the van that I probably didn't think was involved in the documentation of the trip, braking significantly and still has a jump that it is crossing this barrier.  Now I don't know if you know the road, you don't know the road, if they arrive too fast, and then it could be that it is (unclear) it is also motorcycle brakes, according to the video I am not looking at traffic, but the mechanism that is close to the event of the development of a herniated disc is more likely than the fall down the stairs two years before the fact that in the middle there were no complaints."

After he was presented with the full medical documentation, Dr.  Lotan reiterated that while "anything can happen", he emphasized that he did not have a significant relevant medical record that would allow him to determine disability prior to the event, and therefore insisted on his determination that there was no basis for deduction for a previous medical condition.
