Interest and linkage will be added to this amount from the date of filing the claim until the date of actual payment (this, taking into account my above determination regarding the date of termination of the agreement, see paragraphs 92-95).
- Also, after considering the duration of the procedure; its complexity; the amount of the claim against the amount awarded; and the conduct of the parties throughout the proceeding, inter alia, as detailed above, I found to determine that the defendant would bear the plaintiff's expenses and attorney's fees on her behalf in the total sum of NIS 45,000.
The said amounts will be paid within 30 days from today.
Right of appeal to the Central-Lod District Court, in accordance with the law.
