The Man:         Can you refer me to such a document to refresh my memory, please? Because could there be other things in the document, if there are any?

The woman's counsel:        Tell me.  Do you remember such a thing? It's a significant thing.  Telling Amos to contact the trustees and determine that if there are legal proceedings between you and your wife, she will be removed as a beneficiary, is something significant.  Did you do it or not?

The Man:                     Emery can't determine anything.

The Court:      No, that's not the question...  The question is whether you remember contacting him.

The Man:                     If I remember that I turned to Amri in requests? Yes, I have approached him with many requests.

The Court:      No, did you contact him about this?

The Man:                     Again, if you can refresh my memory here a little bit and show me the document.

The Court:      So that's exactly the question.  The question is whether you remember, the question is whether you remember such a thing.

The Man:                     I remember appeals to Amos.  If I remember a specific request? Again.

The Court:      No, but that's what she asks you a question, how can I say that, She doesn't ask you if you remember what you wore a month and a half ago, if you had a brown or black jacket.  She asks you a question that is about a matter that is dramatic, so she expects you to remember something like that.  What do you say?

The man:                      Could it be that I asked, asked him for something like that? Yes.

The Court:      Okay.

The Man:         I may have asked him, it may be" (See the minutes of the hearing of November 18, 2020, pp.  677 Q/26-16 and p.  678, Q.  1-22, emphases not original).

  1. As detailed above, the woman showed that the man had woven a web of lies designed to deceive her, similar to the way he deceived the tax authorities and courts around the world, regarding the location and extent of the family fortune accumulated over more than two decades. The man does not shy away from using complicated legal constructions, stunts and tricks, all of which create a thick smokescreen designed to cover up the truth about the extent and location of the family fortune.
  2. In addition, the multitude of tricks he used during the proceedings led to their cumbersome and prolongation, as stated above, with the aim of exhausting and discouraging the woman who had not been working for two decades. Thus, in addition to the many proceedings that took place between the parties in Israel (including in other courts), the man also initiated proceedings against the woman before courts in the Guernsey Islands, the British Virgin Islands, the Supreme Court in Switzerland and the Court in San Diego.
  3. The woman's summaries presented in an orderly manner the data that was known to her about the status of the parties' joint property. The woman was able to locate a number of trusts that were established, as the man also confirmed in his cross-examination, during the parties' marriage:

"The Woman's Counsel:    I want to go over the names of trusts with you for a moment and you will tell me, just confirm to me please, that all the following trusts that I am telling you now were established during your marriage with [The woman].  I'll read you names.  Is it true that Alaska was established during your marriage?
