At a certain point, the accounts of the two did not go as expected and accumulated losses.  This state of affairs was not to the satisfaction of Khoury and Asa, which caused them to criticize the defendant.  Thus, for example, Khoury writes to the defendant (P/55, p.  136):

"You didn't even think about stopping them when the robots went crazy.  You didn't even think about opening manual transactions of the sale, the account will be deleted, as happened to Yoel Cohen and Adam Khoury in gold.  So Assaf, wake up, you might think you know everything.  But no...  And we give you the platform to practice and learn.  We are open to any suggestion that we find effective.  We just want to succeed.  And if you're too lazy to work, Nimrod will do it for you.  You don't understand that this is a lot of money, wake up"

(The defendant later replies: "You are right in everything you say.  I am now preparing a work plan for the rehabilitation of the accounts" (P/55, pp.  136-141).

(See also P/55, pp.  248-249, pp.  185, 188, pp.  266-269; and also p.  171, paras.  8-15; pp.  172, 173, 28-35).

The aforementioned state of affairs led the two to ask to be more involved, and a dispute arose between them and the defendant regarding the defendant's request to continue managing the account without their involvement.  In a statement sent by the defendant on the day (P/108, transcript P/109), he said the following, in response to Asa's request:

"It's like you're telling me we're in the middle of a race or in the middle of a flight, leave the wheels, give me the wheels.  It's out of the question, it's impossible.  Right now I'm the pilot.  You want to sit next to me, ask me, advise me, guide me, help me.  Everything is accepted.  ....  But the steering wheels are still in my hands..." (See also P/110, transcript P/111 - where the defendant offers Asa to purchase the robot and undergo a training course, and only then will he be able to manage his and Khoury's accounts).

As a result, Asa wrote to the defendant:
