"I don't want us to help you with management, be logged in and available to this account and its changes. The fact that you seem to let us decide but do what you think is unacceptable to us. Please do what we ask, we understand this" (P/107, p. 387).

At some point, Khoury andAsa They started to get more involved in the accounts (Khoury - W 13.2.2023 pp. 150-151; Asa - F 8.3.2026 p. 305, s. 36-19; p. 306 to p. 307; p. 320, s. 36-24; p. 329, paras. 31-36; P/107, pp. 174 ff.), however, It cannot be said that the defendant stopped managing the account. In a message dated June 26, 2019, the defendant writes to Asa after contacting him: "That's exactly why I want to hand over control to you." (P/107, p. 281, and see also pp. 290-295). Over time, it is possible to identify an increasing involvement of the two, especially Asa (P/107, pp. 313 ff.; P/108; P/109; P. p. 339, Q' 35-4). At one point, the two even had access to carry out operations (P/55, p. 358; W 13.2.2023 pp. 150-151). Moreover, it can even be assumed that over time, and in light of the disappointment of the two with the performance of the accounts, the defendant asked for prior approval to carry out the actions he was taking (P/55, p. 139; W 13.2.2023 p. 147, s. 122-22).
