A:           She entered Attorney Y.  F.  in solitude and sat in front of him and wrote the will with him.

Q:          What do you mean by her article? Did she write?

A:           Nope.  He wrote in handwriting and she told him what to write down, and to whom to bequeath.

Q:          How do you know? Weren't you in the room?

A:           We worked as 2 secretaries, I worked as a student in the evening and 3 days a week for 3 hours, the meetings were coordinated by the second secretary, Adv. Y.  When we started working, he would go through the diary with me to see.

Attorney for the plaintiff: When my friend doesn't like the answer, it is not possible to interrupt the witness's answer, as soon as you choose to ask the witness whether there is a right to an answer.

Continuing the cross-examination of Adv. Rubin:

Q:        The deceased arrived and entered the room of Attorney F.?

A:        That's right.

Q:        Were you present?

A:        I was there after a few minutes.'

Q:        How many minutes did it take to make the will?

A:        Something like 15-20 minutes.

Q:        He wrote by hand, and what next?

A:        Then he called me in and typed the will, after the data arrived he asked me to come in as a testament witness, he presented me with the deceased according to ID and then read the will to us, the clauses and asked a number of times if she was sure she wanted to continue.

Q:        What about the language?

A:        She spoke Hebrew.

  1. The secretary also described in her testimony the signing ceremony at which the deceased was brought into the room of Adv. P. In order for her to serve as a witness on the will.  The witness approved the reading of the contents of the will to the witness in Hebrew by Attorney P.  The witness also confirmed that Adv. P.  He asked the deceased about her desire to bequeath all her property to her daughter, the plaintiff, and she testified as follows:

Q: Why were you a witness?
