The time has come to put an end to the endless bumpy road that the appellants are going through, the desperate instability that has characterized their lives for many years, since they began to come and go through the gates of the Population Authority, the Appeals Court and the courts. This, in addition to the many proceedings that were taken in their case, which were detailed over more than twenty pages above. Although counsel for the appellants stated that they are handling the appellants without consideration (pro bono), these proceedings carry a real cost, both financially and emotionally, especially in light of the Authority's conduct in the matter of the appellants.
